Mingma Fura Sherpa Assistant Instructor, KCC Basic Group
Mingma Fura is a female KCC instructor from Phortse. She is a freelance and trekking and mountain guide, and also owns her own lodge in Phortse (Thamserku Lodge). She mostly guides on peaks like Lobuche and Island Peak in the Khumbu, and has been climbing since 2012 and guiding since 2014. Most of her clients are American. Mingma started her career with KCC in 2012 and has been an assistant instructor since 2014. She has also worked with Nepal Mountaineering Association (NMA).
