Michael Hutchins Instructor
Michael Hutchins is a professional climbing ranger and guide. Originally from Winthrop, Washington, he grew up climbing the cascades (starting in middle school and early high school). Mike then attended school in Bozeman, MT where he furthered his climbing experiences. Over the past four years he worked as a climbing Ranger on Mount Rainier. He enjoys all sorts of climbing and the “very contrived nature of it all.” Mike was so happy to be a part of KCC because he loves to give back to a community with which he spends so much time. He is excited to have spent the last summer working in Alaska, and is looking forward to his next climbing trips in the desert.
